A mobile arm, capable of handling 180kg, gives you the opportunity of carrying out any suspension training exercises; with solid removable shelves we can perform strides, step ups and plyometric exercises whilst the handles and eyelets that are placed at various positions are used for attaching a rope or elastic cords for when you wish to train every muscle segment of the body.
